Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Hush & Mint is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend:

Damaged Orders

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is offered and selected at checkout, coverage and claims will be subject to the terms outlined during purchase.
